FreightBooks is a freight reporting platform for carriers, brokers, and repair companies. Users can create, view, and manage reports about service providers, including USDOT, MC number, VIN, customer details, service status, and related information through our dashboard and reporting APIs.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, including your name, company name, email, phone, and company type. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information in all reports. You may not submit false, misleading, or malicious reports, use the platform for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or remove content and accounts that violate these rules.
5. Reports and User Content
Users can create and manage reports about carriers, brokers, and repair companies, including service provider names, statuses such as unpaid, fraud, late payment, or other, amounts, dates of service, and descriptions. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit. We may remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
FreightBooks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we do not endorse the accuracy of user-submitted reports.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
